Beyonce striving for 'growth, love, happiness and fun'

Beyonce has revealed in one of her multi-part behind the scenes documentary on the making of her self-titled album, the things that matter most at this point in her life - growth, love, happiness, fun.

In the latest part, the 'Halo' hit maker explained that she no longer spends her time striving for perfection and understands that failure can be a good thing, Stuff.co.nz reported.

The 32-year-old singer said that nothing feels better than hearing her daughter say 'Mommy', or when she looks at her husband in the eye or when she is respected.

The mum-of-one added that nothing feels like when she gets on stage and when she feels like she is changing people's lives.
