Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav on Tuesday warned the BJP-led Government about not controlling the skyrocketing prices of onions, and said he would expose the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) before the people of Bihar soon.
"Is onion cheaper in BJP-ruled states? The BJP is fooling the people. Now, the markets are down and has collapsed and just wait and watch what will happen. That's why I am going all over Bihar and will expose the BJP," Lalu told ANI.
"When the Congress was ruling Delhi, then why were they wearing garlands and moving around," he asked.
"Even kids know what they had promised with 'Achche Din',"Lalu said.
The Centre is drawing flak politically for high onion rates. Onions are now available at Rs 80/kilogram in Delhi.
