Case registered against BJP leader for clicking open defecation

A case has been registered against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Divisional President Pradeep Bhatt in Guna, Madhya Pradesh for clicking picture of a woman.

As per reports, the BJP leader was taking photographs of a woman and harassing her while the woman was defecating. This woman is also a prime witness in a case where the BJP leader is accused of assaulting another woman.

The case has been registered under Section 354c, and 294 of Indian Penal Code (IPC).
