Dalai Lama only supports marijuana for medical purposes

Dalai Lama said at the national debate over liberalizing marijuana laws that he supports the use of marijuana for just medical purposes.

According to Smart Approaches to Marijuana (SAM), the spiritual leader was opposed to any other use of marijuana, ABC News reported.

He added that apart from medical use if it's just an issue of somebody (using marijuana) to have a crazy mind, that's not good.
