Former law minister Somnath Bharti, who has been accused of domestic violence by his wife Lipika Mitra, was released today from Tihar Jail after he was granted bail by Dwarka court.
The apex court had earlier rejected the Bharti's bail plea and had asked him to approach a lower court.
Bharti, who was brought to the national capital by the Delhi Police on Saturday, has refuted the allegations leveled against him by him wife.
