Since the Federal Aviation Administration has tweaked its rules for passengers wanting to use their electronic devices mid-air, here is a list of things which a passenger can and cannot do during the flight.

The FAA has allowed passengers to use their gadgets but the ban on use of cell phones for calling or texting while landing or take off still exists.

According to Huffington Post, the new rules still restrict access to Internet under 10,000 feet, while still allowing use of Wi-Fi provided by the particular air carrier.

Passengers can read an e-book but can't download any, can't make status updates or post pictures on Facebook or Twitter.

Tech lovers can still play Candy Crush but can't play Words With Friends, listen to music but can't download anything new, can't message, can't email, can't download virtually anything.

However, those not ready to stow their devices and can work offline, the new rules are perceived as a boon for those traveling in long duration flights.
