FBI thwarts 'IS-inspired' lone wolf attack on US Capitol

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has reportedly thwarted an Islamic State (IS)-inspired attack on the United States Capitol in Washington by arresting a man in Ohio for allegedly planning to launch the attack.
Twenty-year-old Christopher Cornell has been charged with attempting to murder a U.S. government officer, reported the BBC.
He was noticed by the FBI after he tweeted support for extremist groups like IS.
