Feeling Blue! Kylie Jenner rocks new 'icy' blue shade hair

Kylie Jenner has found a new way to stay in the limelight, this time with her hair by colouring icy blue.

The American reality star recently caught paparazzi's attention while stepping out of an event for Kylie Hair Kouture by Bellami Hair at Bellami Beauty Bar in West Hollywood and said she wanted to do something different and fun, E! Online reported.

The 17-year-old daughter of Kris Jenner added that another reason behind colouring her hair was that from long she didn't make any change and now dying them in customised icy blue color was bit crazy but fun.
