Finance Ministry sets Oct.14 deadline for stakeholders' suggestions on FRDI Bill

The Finance Ministry has set a deadline of October 14 for stakeholders to give their comments or suggestions on the proposed 'Financial Resolution and Deposit Insurance Bill, 2016' (FDRI).

A copy of the proposed Bill is hosted on the home page of the Ministry of Finance at www. finmin.nic.in.

All stakeholders can also forward their comments and or suggestions by e-mail to parveen.k63@gov.in, or send in hard copy to Parveen Kumar, Under Secretary (FSLRC), Department of Economic Affairs, Room No. 48, North Block, New Delhi-110001.

The decision of the government with respect to the Bill will be taken later after receipt of stakeholders comments.
