Foggy conditions in the national capital and its outskirts have hit air and rail traffic on Saturday morning with as many as 81 trains reported running late, 13 cancelled for today and tomorrow and 40 rescheduled.
Nearly nine international and four domestic flights from Delhi have also been delayed due to dense fog, while a Delhi-Lucknow flight was cancelled.
Dense fog, with visibility in Delhi drooping to 400 meters at 5.30 am, has caused delays and cancellations of both flights and trains.
