George Clooney supports Meryl Streep's speech against Trump

Like any close friend would, George Clooney has supported Meryl Streep's scathing attack on US President-elect Donald Trump.
The 55-year-old actor and activist hit out at Donald Trump over his comments about Amercian actress and singer Streep after she made a politically charged speech at this year's Golden Globes against Trump for his imitation of a disabled reporter and accusing him of spreading hate and violence, reports the People!
"She's maybe the most overrated actress of all-time. She and I worked together on Fantastic Mr. Fox as husband and wife and I will tell you even as a fox, a female fox, she's overrated," he said with a smile. "Aren't you supposed to be running the country?" Clooney asked Trump.
Being a staunch supporter of Hillary Clinton, the 'Ocean's Eleven' star said, "I didn't vote for him, I don't support him, I don't think he's the right choice."
Streep called out Trump without naming him, but making it quite clear, for mocking a disabled reporter.
Reacting to Streep's comments, the President-elect of the United States took to twitter saying, "Meryl Streep, one of the most over-rated actresses in Hollywood, doesn't know me but attacked last night at the Golden Globes. She is a Hillary flunky who lost big.
