Britain number one Andy Murray advanced to his fourth Miami Open final after defeating Czech opponent Tomas Berdych in straight sets on Friday night.

The two-time Grand Slam champion trounced Berdych 6-4, 6-4 as he leveled his career record against the Czech to 6-6.

Reflecting on his performance, Murray said that he did most things well, adding that his second serve was much better in the second set, and he served well on the big points and got a lot of free points behind his serve, the BBC reported.

Following the win, Murray will either face world number one Novak Djokovic or 22nd seed John Isner in the final on Sunday.

Commenting on a possible final clash against Djokovic, Murray said that he needs to play high-level tennis as Djokovic returns well, insisting that he needs to get the balance right of being patient but dictating points when he gets the opportunity.
