Hamid Ansari reaches China to hold bilateral talks

Vice-President Hamid Ansari reached Beijing on Thursday to hold bilateral discussions with his counterpart Li Yuanchao and attend events to mark the 60th anniversary of Panchsheel Agreement.
"We are having a bilateral visit and it's the 60th anniversary of Panchsheel treaty. All matters of bilateral agenda will be taken up," said Ansari.
This is the first visit of an Indian leader to China after the BJP-led NDA government came to power last month. It is also Ansari's first visit to China.
