Idris Elba has hinted that there is a possibility of him being the new James Bond.

The 'Luther' star neither confirmed nor denied the rumours, but said that everywhere he goes, people ask him if he would play the next Bond, the Daily Express reported.

Elba said that it is actually a good rumour, as it is a great character and everyone wants to drive around in fast cars with nice suits.

The 41-year-old actor also opened up about plans of bringing Luther to the big screen, saying that he is really trying to make that happen.
