Lieutenant General Paramjit Singh, General Officer Commanding, White Knight Corps, on Tuesday visited the Ace of Spades Division in Rajouri and Cross Swords Division in Akhnoor to review the operational preparedness and the prevailing security situation where he was briefed by both the Division Commanders.
Singh also visited forward posts in Poonch, Krishna Ghati and Sunderbani sectors where he was briefed in detail by Commanders on ground on current operational and prevailing security situation and the preparedness of the formations in dealing with the same.
The Lieutenant General was also briefed on the actions being undertaken to ensure a robust counter-infiltration grid. He also interacted with the soldiers.
Singh, on his maiden visit, complimented both the formations for the untiring efforts and reiterated the continued need to remain ever vigilant and respond in a befitting manner to counter the nefarious designs and any misadventures of the anti-national and inimical elements.
