James Blake's 'Overgrown' album wins 2013 Mercury Prize

James Blake has won the Barclaycard Mercury Prize 2013 for his 'Overgrown' album.
Blake, who was nominated alongside 11 other acts including Rudimental and singers Jake Bugg and Laura Mvula, said while accepting the coveted prize that he has lost a bet, the Mirror reported.
The 25-year-old singer said he would like to thank his parents for showing him how to be self efficient, and his band members Ben, Rob and Dan for showing him the importance of helping people.
