The couple hit the Broadway show Hamilton at Richard Rodgers Theater in New York, E!Online reports.
The 47-year-old actress sported a black sweater and a black faux fur coat and complimented her look with chic choker and a pair of knee-high suede, wedged boots.
While Theroux looked dapper in a green coat with a black turtleneck and a coordinating scarf.
Aniston, who was previously married to Brad Pitt, got hitched to the 44-year-old actor on August 5, 2015.
