Kendall and Kylie Jenner have been sued by a resort clothing firm, Island Company, on charges that the sisters and their collaboration clothing brand 'PacSun' stole Island's trademarked logo.

The resort lifestyle retailer company in West Palm Beach, Florida claimed in US federal documents that Jenner sisters and their clothing company also stole their phrase, "Quit your job. Buy a ticket. Get a tan. Fall in love. Never return," in their shirt line quoting, "Run away. Fall in love. Never return", News.com.au reported.

The retail clothing company, who now want the Jenner's and PacSun to eliminate the similarities from both their lines, explained that this similarity will cause confusion in buyers mind as they will be mistaken among the two different brands.
