Kevin Pietersen hopes 'CBB' will launch him into showbiz

Kevin Pietersen is hoping that a stint on 'Celebrity Big Brother' will help him to launch his career in showbiz after England fired him recently.

According to a source, the 33-year-old cricketer is heartbroken at how he has been treated but is looking at his life after cricket, the Daily Star reported.

The source added that he would love to appear in 'CBB' as it would be a great way to stick two fingers up to the England selectors.

Pietersen is said to be taking advice from his wife Jessica Taylor and friend Piers Morgan.
