Lady Gaga heading for trial in ex-PA's lawsuit

A judge has ruled that a lawsuit against Lady Gaga, brought by her former personal assistant, can go to trial.

Jennifer O'Neill has claimed that she was cheated out of overtime pay and forced to be available to the 27-year-old pop star 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the Daily Star reported.

According to sources, the New York judge said that a jury can decide to what extent O'Neill might be owed compensation.
