Linda Cardellini to star in McDonald's 'founder' biopic

Linda Cardellini is all set to star in the biopic 'The Founder', which is all about Ray Kroc, the man behind McDonald's.

The 'Freaks and Geeks' star will be playing the role of Joan, the third wife of Kroc, the Illinois salesman who turned the McDonald brothers' drive-through business into a national franchise, which will be portrayed by Michael Keaton, Deadline.com has reported.

Cardellini is onscreen in 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' and stars on Netflix's 'Bloodline' and is next up co-starring in Paramount's 'Daddy's Home' opposite Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg.
