Union Consumer Affairs Minister and chief of Lok JanaShakti Party (LJP) Ram Vilas Paswan has met the affected family of the rape victims here today.
Paswan was accompanied by his son Chirag Paswan, who is also an MP and chairman of the party's Parliamentary Board.
Speaking to the reporters, Ram Vilas Paswan said: "It's a shameful incident, people are scared. Sad part is the chief minister hasn't even visited family members."
Chirag Paswan also sympathised with family members .
Two young dalit girls last Tuesday were found hanging from a mango tree the next day after they were raped and murdered. Meanwhile police have arrested five main accused, including two policemen, in connection with the crime.
