Mamata Banerjee condoles demise of Deepak Khaitan

West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress (TMC) supremo Mamata Banerjee on Monday condoled the demise of Williamson Magor Group's vice-chairman Deepak Khaitan.

"Saddened to hear about the passing away of Deepak Khaitan. He loved Kolkata in a special way. My condolences to the family," she tweeted.

Khaitan breathed his last in Kolkata earlier in the day after a protracted illness. He was 59.
