Man held for possessing heroin in Goa

Calangute Police on Saturday arrested a 34-year-old man for illegal possession of heroin.

One gram of heroin worth Rs. 10,000 was seized from the possession of the accused.

Police said that the accused was a supplier, who was finding customers to sell the drug.

The accused has been booked under Section 21(a) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
