Martin Scorsese was 'terrified' of 'A Dangerous Method' director

David Cronenberg has revealed that Martin Scorsese was terrified to meet him.

Cronenberg told the Guardian that it's about the public persona, which is out of control, Contactmusic reported.

The 'Cosmopolis' director revealed that he had told Scorsese that he is the one who made 'Taxi driver' and shouldn't be afraid of him.

Cronenberg said that he thought if it could happen to Scorsese then it could happen to anyone as people confuse the director's persona with the films he makes.
