Minor girl dies after kite string slits throat
A minor girl allegedly died after her throat got slit by 'manjha' (kite string) here on Sunday, police said.
The deceased, identified as Ishika, 4.6 years old was a resident of Pushta Sonia Vihar area.
The tragedy took place near Khajuri Chowk, when the victim was on her way to a temple along with her sister and parents on a motorcycle.
She was rushed to a hospital by her parents but was declared brought dead.
A case under section 304A IPC (causing death due to negligence) has been registered.
