Morena Baccarin wins custody battle with ex-Austin Chick for 1-yr-old son

Actress Morena Baccarin has won the custody battle against ex-husband Austin Chick for their one-year-old son.

The 36-year-old actress will be allowed to bring her son, Julius, to New York City to live with her. However, Chick can meet his son once a month for 8 days, TMZ reported.

Baccarin will have to pay for the travel expenses, but only for coach seats and not first class.

Sources have revealed that the 'Homeland' actress is pregnant with her second child with new boyfriend, Ben McKenzie.
