Nadda urges NAM nations to make medical facilities affordable

Union Health Minister J. P. Nadda has urged Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) member nations to use their collective bargaining power to make medicines and medical technologies affordable and available.
India's Health Minister said that NAM nations could emerge as a platform to strongly support global health policies aimed reducing health inequity among nations.
He further said that NAM nations should take an initiative on the issue of promoting health equity and reducing health inequity among nations.
Nadda was addressing the Non-Aligned Movement Health Ministers' meeting in Geneva.
