English golfer Andy Sullivan recorded a hole-in-one during the final round of the KLM Open in Zandvoort, Netherlands to win a trip to space next year.

Sullivan secured the prize after he became the first player to achieve the feat at the competition on the par-three 15th hole on Sunday. He said that he would have to pluck up some serious courage, but adding he would love to do it.

Sullivan, who eventually finished third at the event, said that he did not play great through the round, but added that then he hit a perfect shot like that, The Independent reported.

Sullivan said that his caddie just shouted that they are going to space.

Fellow Englishman Paul Casey won the tournament. Unlike Sullivan, Casey won't be flying to space, but he did say that he was over the moon.

Casey also said that it is a very difficult stretch coming in and he is extremely happy the way he balanced having fun on the golf course but being focused and got the job done.
