Ohio woman discovers her co-worker is her birth mother

An adopted Ohio woman who was searching for her biological mom was left stunned after learning that she has been actually a co-worker with her at the same company for 4 years.

According to the ABC News, La-Sonya Mitchell-Clark said that ever since she found out that she was adopted wanted to know who her biological mother was, the Washington Post reported.

The 38-year-old found out her mother's name was Francine Simmons after the state's Department of Health released birth records for those born between Jan. 1964 and Sept. 1996.

Mitchell-Clark added that her adoptive parents support the reunion.
