P Diddy denies proposing to girlfriend amid engagement rumors

P Diddy has rebuffed rumors that he has popped the question to longtime girlfriend Cassie Ventura despite setting the rumor mills rolling himself after posting a picture of a huge diamond ring on Twitter.

The 'Last Night' hit maker had captioned the photo saying that he just wanted to make the recording artist happy.

However, the 44-year-old hip-hop mogul's rep told E! News that the ring was just a present for Ventura, nothing else, Contactmusic reported.

Even though he has denied proposing to Ventura, a new Instagram snap of the couple shows that they are very much in love.
