Pakistan Federal Government has opposed removing former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf's name from the Exit Control List (ECL).
The federal government has also submitted its reply in the Sindh High Court (SHC) in this regard.
The Federation's response said that the SHC was not authorised to hear the case pertaining to removing Musharraf's name from the ECL, as the orders to restrict Musharraf were issued by the Supreme Court, the Nation reports.
