On the occasion of the 119th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose on Saturday, Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar will hoist the highest national flag at Pahari Mandir of Ranchi.
The national flag will be 493 feet high, while the height of pole on the hill will be 293 feet.
The Defence Minister will also lay foundation stone of a Defence University at Khunti in Jharkhand through video-conferencing.
