Paul Wesley joins Susan Sarandon starrer 'Mother's Day'

'The Vampire Diaries' star Paul Wesley is set to star alongside Susan Sarandon and Sharon Stone in upcoming film, 'Mother's Day.'

The project, which also stars Sarandon's daughter Eva Amurri Martino, would be helmed by TV producer Paul Duddridge, Deadline.com reported.

The 32-year-old actor, who plays one of the leads in the vampire TV show, would play the role of pastry-chef Kevin, who's also boyfriend of Martino's character.
