Policeman killed by Maoists in Chhattisgarh

Maoist forces killed a police assistant constable in the Bhairamgarh area of the Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh on Tuesday.
According to reports, the police jawan, who was posted at the Bodli camp was returning to his station when the extremists attacked him.

This attack comes a day after two Chhattisgarh Armed Force jawans were severely injured in an explosion after Maoist forces had planted a pressure bomb in the Sukma district of the state.
