Pradhan launches grievance redress platform MoPNG e-Seva

Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan today launched MoPNG e-Seva, which is a grievance redressal platform for the customers regarding to petroleum and gas sector.

The MOPNG eSeva will handle queries received on the official handles of Petroleum Minister, Petroleum Ministry and MOPNG eSeva.

A team of nodal officers from the Oil Companies and Allied Services is said to have been formed to address issues on real-time basis 24/7.
