President Mukherjee to deliver New Year message to Central universities

President Pranab Mukherjee will be delivering a New Year message to the students and faculty of Central universities and other institutes across the nation via video conferencing on January 19.

A statement from the President's Secretariat confirmed that the President will deliver his speech from the Rashtrapati Bhavan using the National Knowledge Network.
