Rajan to present his last monetary policy review

Reserve Bank of India Governor Raghuram Rajan, whose tenure ends next month, will present his last bi-monthly monetary policy review at the RBI headquarters here on Tuesday.

With Parliament passing the GST Bill, analysts are expecting the RBI to hold the key interest rates as retail inflation continues to be above the comfort zone. However, some analysts feel that the RBI should slash the rates.
