Congress leader Rashid Alvi on Monday stated that he partly accepted what the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Murli Manohar Joshi had said that there was no Modi wave.
"I partly accept with his statement that there is no Modi wave. But I disagree with him that there is a BJP wave. There is neither any BJP wave nor Modi wave," Alvi said.
On Sunday, senior BJP leader, Murli Manohar Joshi, in an interview to Manorama News had disputed the existence of Modi wave and also stated that the Gujarat model of development could not be equally applicable to other states.
