The Supreme Court (SC) on Monday sought state-wise chart of video conferencing facilities in observation homes and Juvenile Justice Boards (JJB) across India.
"All the observation homes and JJB should have video conferencing facilities," the apex court observed.
The top court has asked Centre to provide the number of observation homes and JJB which have video conferencing facilities. It directed all states to cooperate and assist the central government in the exercise.
