Simon Cowell has finalised a pre-nuptial agreement for his pregnant girlfriend Lauren Silverman to sign, and has also made changes to his will and life insurance policies.
A hush-hush function has been organised at the Caribbean island of Barbados' Sandy Lane Hotel, and speculation is rife that it could be for the 54-year-old-music mogul's wedding, the Daily Star reported.
According to hotel sources, they were asked to sign confidentiality agreements.
A senior US legal source confirmed that the couple is due to wed "imminently."
And it has been claimed that the pair have got a marriage licence from a Barbados magistrates court.
