Simon Cowell's bachelor pad up for sale

Simon Cowell has put his Beverly Hills bachelor pad on sale for 20 million dollars.

The 54-year-old music mogul, who is expecting his first baby with pregnant girlfriend Lauren Silverman, is preparing to move into a more family-oriented home and has decided to sell the four-bedroom property, the New York Post reported.

Sources revealed that the 'Syco' boss is searching for a new, more family-friendly mansion to bring up his son.

The house is being marketed by Mark Williams of 'Signature Properties' in Beverly Hills.
