Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL) has declared and delivered a final dividend of Rs. 84.69 crores for fiscal 2012-13 to the government.
SPMCIL Chairman and Managing Director M.S. Rana presented the dividend cheque to Finance Minister P. Chidambaram at a brief meeting held here on Monday.
Directors of SPMCIL and officers of the finance ministry and SPMCIL were also present on the occasion.
This is the third year in succession when SPMCIL has paid a final dividend at 20 per cent of the company's net profit.
