'Sublime' Federer outclasses Sam Groth to reach Wimbledon fourth round

17-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer produced an imperious performance as he defeated big-serving Sam Groth in a four-set thriller to advance to the fourth round of Wimbledon.
The Swiss second seed overcame Groth 6-4, 6-4, 6-7 (5-7), 6-2 to set up a fourth round clash against his Spanish opponent Roberto Bautista Agut.
Meanwhile, Croatia's Marin Cilic claimed a five-set marathon win over American John Isner and Ivo Karlovic stunned Frenchman Jo-Wilfried Tsonga to book their respective last 16 spots.
