Tnpsuite Evolves to Form 'Superset'

India's first Official University Recruiting Platform, formerly known as Tnpsuite, has fortified its offerings with added features to form 'Superset'. A first-of-its-kind technology platform, Superset connects college graduating workforce with the workplace via university placement cells.

Superset enables employers to recruit from official campus placements online. It is a SaaS placements automation and analytics tool for colleges at its core and is poised to transform the graduate recruitment space in India.

The platform already has an extensive client-base of 115+ top colleges as paying B2B customers across 16 states of India, like BITS Pilani, SRM University, NIT Warangal, IIIT Delhi, JL Balaj and TAPMI, and hosts 2.4 Lakh students and young alumni, and 355+ employers on its platform recruiting across colleges.

"Although India is set to behold world's largest student population at 119 million by 2025, and already sees over 8 million graduates every year, only 34% of them get a job while on-campus, whereas 66% struggle after. While employability of graduates has received considerable focus in the recent past, wider outreach to talent spread across the nation is a huge lacuna that is going unaddressed owing to the lack of right tools. Superset seeks to address these very challenges with a vision to level the playing field, while hugely benefiting all stakeholders involved. We not only provide a technological solution we also endow institutes with global best practices," said Naman Agrawal, Co-founder & CEO of Superset.

"Superset is built ground up on four keystones - simplicity, reliability, robustness, and scalability. No matter what courses you offer or how complex your placement rules are, the placement automation tool can be customised and launched within a few minutes. Another challenge we overcame was to perform at scale. Our deep monitoring systems allow us to diagnose and rectify glitches before they affect the users. And with this easy to use interface, also integrated are technologies like ElasticSearch for real-time reporting and Machine Learning to generate powerful recommendations for all stakeholders. Our average college user spends 4.5 hours on the app every day, and a student returns 5 days a week, all with zero churn till date," says Pranjal Goswami, Co-founder & CTO of Superset.

Founded with the aim to consolidate and democratize India's graduate hiring system, by connecting students and employers via college placement cells on a common platform, Superset helps universities streamline end-to-end placements process, equips employers with a single gateway to reach young college talent across the nation, thus saving them huge time and cost, and provides students increased number of authentic opportunities.

The industry has been growing at a CAGR of 15% and is expected to witness high growth in the coming years. Surveys suggest that India will be the second largest globally in terms of the volume of graduate talent by the end of 2020. Superset has achieved a CAGR of 190% in just the last year and is actively applying global best practices to help universities in the country inculcate decisions to catalyse the growth of employability outcomes in India.
