A self-styled area commander of an ultra outfit 'Trutiya Prastuti Committee-2' (TPC-2) and one of his close aides were arrested from Palamu district of Jharkhand.
The arrests were made by the area commander Dildar Singh, a resident of Chandu village under Chainpur police station.
Singh was wanted in various Maoist-related offences in Jharkhand.
