Trump tags Twitter handle inactive since March 2008 while attacking media

The United States President, Donald Trump tagged a random user while attacking the media, and called the Facebook and The New York Times anti-Trump.
Trump tagged a user @WaPo, who has not tweeted since March 2008.
"Facebook was always anti-Trump.The Networks were always anti-Trump hence,Fake News, @nytimes(apologized) & @WaPo were anti-Trump. Collusion?" Trump tweeted.
It seems that Trump may have wanted to tag the Washington Post's twitter handle- @washingtonpost- but ended up tagging a similar looking handle @WaPo while attacking the US media.
Trump accused Facebook and The New York Times for conspiring against him.
