Turkish President Tayyip Recep Erdogan has said that the country cannot continue the peace process with the Kurds amid attacks by Kurdish militants.
According to the BBC, the president's statement came as NATO discussed Turkish campaigns against the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and Kurdish militants.
Turkey is backing plans for a buffer zone on the border with Syria.
Turkey has recently bombed ISIS and Kurdish positions following an attack at Turkey's Sousse resort.
