The Supreme Court will pronounce its verdict on a petition by the Uber case rape victim challenging Delhi High Court's order permitting recall of all the witnesses.
The verdict by a bench of Justice Jagdish Singh Khehar and Justice Adarsh Kumar Goel would be pronounced by Justice Goel.
Reserving the verdict earlier on August 13, on the plea by the victim and Delhi Police challenging the recall and re-examination of witness, the court had said that the accused can't be allowed to frustrate a trial on flimsy pleas.
The apex court stayed the high court's order permitting the recall and re-examination of witnesses, including the victim, on March 10.
