Union Minister for Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Uma Bharti has reiterated her Government's commitment to the rejuvenation of river Ganga.
A press release issue by the Press Information Bureau (PIB) stated that while reacting to the observations made by Supreme court today on the cleaning of Ganga, she said "My Ministry will follow the directives of the apex court in letter and spirit. Rejuvenation of Ganga is one of the most important priorities of NDA Government. No efforts will be spared to fulfill this task at the earliest.
